Our charming Victorian, mid-terrace house was built in 1870. It is on a quiet residential street, just 2 minutes walk from the delightful Teddington high street which is packed with independent cafes and stores. Since moving here in 2019 we have renovated the downstairs and loft spaces.

Our downstairs consists of a living room with television, a W/C and large open plan kitchen diner with a bar stool seating area on the kitchen island (4 stools), a sofa and chairs sitting area and a dining table with space for 8 people to socialise and eat. We have 2 Bosh ovens, a microwave, toaster, hot water tap, Sage coffee machine and a recently purchased Ninja air fryer for you to use. Bifold doors lead out to our garden which is equipped with an electric barbecue, table and outdoor seating.

The first floor consists of a family bathroom with a washer dryer, toilet, bath and walk in shower. There are 2 good size double bedrooms on this floor.

The loft consists of a spacious double bedroom, a children`s room equipped with 2 single beds and a bathroom with a toilet and shower that is accessible from both loft bedrooms.

About the location

Teddington has been voted the best place to live in Greater London and what’s not to love; a prominent position alongside the beautiful river Thames and famous Teddington Lock (15 minutes walk away), a bustling high street with a high percentage of small and entrepreneurial shops (2 minutes walk away) and right beside one of the finest national parks (Bushy Park) to be found anywhere in London, if not the country (10 mins walk away). There is a beautiful riverside walk along the Thames in either direction to Richmond to the North or Kingston to the South. There are frequent trains from Teddington train station to London Waterloo (35 minute journey).
