Renovated oldschool flat

We live since 2 years now in our lovely 70m2 flat.
We have a Kitchen, one living room (with a comfortable sofa bed for two people), one bedroom with a double bed and an office room.
The bathroom is quite small but the whole flat had been renovated before we entered in and it still looks like new.
In the kitchen, you`ll find everything you need. Situated in the ground floor with access to the inner court yard with a little playground, its very practical. We have 4 bikes in the basement that you can use.

About the location

Friendly alternative area. The street ist very quiet. You have 5 Supermarket within 5 min. by foot. Little coffees and a handfull restaurants even nearer. On Wednesday and Saturday there is a Market with fresh vegetables, fruits, bred, meat and cheese (3 Min. by foot). From March til October it`s super green and you can walk along the canals in the neighborhood. If you like to swim, there are plenty of spots to enjoy the water. There are two playgrounds within 5 min. by foot.
It`s 30 min from the city center by public transportation or by bike.
From the central train station, you need 20 minutes and from the airport 50 minutes by public transportation.
