3 months exchange in Malaga renovated apartment with swimming pool

House exchange Malaga-London for 3 months due to a visiting research stay at the UCL. The dates: May to July (both included; it may be flexible somehow)

Our flat was bought 2 months ago, in a beautiful neighbourhood, surrounded by everything you may look for. It has been just renovated with a modern design. It is a 4th floor (the flat has 5 floors).

It has 3 bedrooms (1 double bed bedroom, 1 with 2 single beds and 1 optional baby cradle, 1 bedroom office/piano room), a dinning room opened to the kitchen, a kitchen, a laundry room, 2 bathrooms (1 with a big shower, 1 with a bath), a living room (extensible sofa-bed for guests), a terrace. It also has a private garage accessible from the elevator (adapted for reduced movility). There is a big swimming pool and a small swimming pool, surrounded by a big garden with trees, wood umbrellas and toilets. It also has private leisure areas for the kids.

It has air conditioning in the living room and the double bed bedroom, and ceiling fan in the dining room and single bed bedroom.

I would leave everything here, making easier your live while you are here (homeware, kitchen equipment, toys for kids (optional), etc.)

About the location

It is a peacful neighbourhood and well communicated (direct access from the highway), with all the services you can imagine super close (airport 12 mins by car, underground 3 mins walking, bus stop at the door, hypermarket 3 mins walking, supermarkets from 5 mins walking, parks and playgrounds for kids from 3 mins walking, city centre 30 mins walking/8 mins by car/20 mins by underground or bus, beach from 10 mins by car/20 mins by public transport, ...).

It is 10 mins walking from Teatinos, one of the newest, more trendy and exclusive places in Malaga, full of restaurants, parks, pubs, etc.
