The north and south coasts are equidistant at 20 minutes drive (St Agnes and Falmouth respectively). There is a front garden and a back yard.
About the location
Truro really is the heart of Cornwall and is a pleasant small Georgian city with some great pubs (The Thomas Daniel & Wig and Pen for example) and nice bars and restaurants. It is also home to The Hall for Cornwall where there is music and theatre and The Old Bakery for gigs. The city is well connected to the rest of Cornwall and England beyond by rail and road. Rail to Penzance and Falmouth is easy.
