Distillery conversion near Edinburgh

Our house is a converted still house, the last remaining part of the historically significant Kirkliston Distillery. Set across five floors, there is space to comfortably fit six visitors, but with sofa beds and air mattresses this could be up to ten. There are three double bedrooms, two reception rooms and a kitchen. Outside, there is a small garden, drive with charger point for electric cars and a small decking area with outdoor furniture for the rare occasion when the weather is warm enough to eat outside.

There are lots of stairs, so I'd be cautious with small children or if you have mobility issues. If in doubt, message me and we can discuss the layout in more detail.

There is fast internet throughout the property and three desks, so it's an ideal place from which to work remotely.

If you like to cook or are coffee enthusiasts, there is plenty of equipment including a pizza oven, espresso machine, kitchen aid etc.

About the location

Kirkliston is a small town on the edge of Edinburgh, with shops, takeaways etc. but surrounded by farmland.Ten minutes from Edinburgh airport, ten minutes from the Firth of Forth and famous Forth bridges at Queensferry and about half an hour from central Edinburgh, the location is ideal.
