Spacious family house with spectacular views

Note: we have already finalized all our home exchanges this year.

Our house, which is 155 square meters (plus a garage), is located in Grafarvogur, which is a part of Reykjavik. The house has two floors. Two bedrooms are on the first floor as well as a TV room, a bathroom and a laundry room. The kitchen, the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and the living/dining room is on the second floor, from which there is beautiful view over the sea, mountains and Snæfellsjökull (glacier). The distance to the city center is only 12 km, easily accessible by car or public transportation. Free parking.

We are interested in long term exchanges with Spain during the winter.

About the location

A shopping centre, including a 24/7 grocery store, take away and fast food restaurants, a pharmacy, and a liquor store, is within 5 minutes walking distance. A heated swimming pool is only 5 minutes away by car. Two golf courses are very close by.

Using our house as a base, you can go on day trips to, for example, Þingvellir national park (35 km), Geysir hotspring (97 km), and the Golden Waterfall (106 km).
