Peaceful smallholding close to lake

Our house has recently been rennovated.
The kitchen in particular is light and spacious, with plenty of room for 8 people around the table.
There are a number of outbuildings, including a separate apartment, and a shed with a table tennis table.
We grow our own vegetables, and have a flock of chickens and ducks, which you will need to look after...don`t worry it`s easy.
There are neighbours, but you have a lot of privacy, and it is very peaceful.
We also have 2 cats and a very friendly dog....although unfortunately, she is not happy around small children.....it may be possible that she stays with family or friends during your stay.
We have pv solar panels, which helps heat the water and the house, and a wood burning stove.

About the location

We live a 10 minute walk from Lough Derg, where you can swim, fish, canoe etc.
The bay near us is very suitable for small children, as it is shallow for a long way out.
We live close to two villages, where you will find small shops, cafes, and pubs.
The coast is around an hour and a half away, and there you will find the incredible Cliffs of Moher and the Burren National Park.
