Residential area of Dumfries

We are looking for a swap in the October holidays (starting 13th of October for two weeks), possibly Christmas and New Year and then open to arranging for school term time next year (Dumfries and Galloway calendar).

Two bedroom comfortable house with conservatory and lovely back garden.

We have a driveway for parking your car.
There is a bedroom with a superking size bed and the second bedroom has a king size bed.
One bathroom with bath over shower.
Comfortable living room with a good size smart TV.
Conservatory has comfortable chairs and a dining table and chairs.
Kitchen is a good size with everything you need.

Less than 10 minutes walk to town centre.

About the location

Dumfries is a historic market town that more than lives up to its local nickname, the Queen of the South. Located in the southern region of Dumfries & Galloway and connected by lovely russet-hued sandstone bridges which straddle the banks of the River Nith, this former royal burgh has an interesting history and special connection to Scotland’s National Bard.

Our house is less than ten minutes walk to Dumfries Town centre. You can enjoy a walk along the river, shopping and restaurants and bars.

Easy access ro the rest of Dumfries and Galloway which includes lots of beaches, hills for walking and many historic tourist attractions.
