Villa
Myself (Lizzy) and my husband, Paul have lived in our beautiful home for 20 years. It is situated in a very peaceful, semi-rural area with panoramic views of the Mediterranean and Peñon d`Ifach.
Our main living space is open plan and includes kitchen, dining room and lounge areas. The patio doors in the kitchen open onto our outdoor living space which comprises of seating areas, swimming pool and pool table.
We have 3 double bedrooms all with ensuite. 2 bedrooms have double beds, 1 has two singles. WiFi (fibre) provides all UK TV channels plus sports, Disney + and Netflix etc. All rooms have hot & cold aircon. Our villa is largely powered by the Spanish sun using solar panels which also fuels our amazing electric Mini Cooper SE !!!!!!
About the location
Calpe was originally a fishing village which has grown into the small town it is today. The harbour is still used and fishing boats still auction their daily catch. There is a beautiful `Old Town` which offers an old rustic charm through it`s restaurants and bars. Calpe has 2 beaches, one of which has been awarded Blue Flag Status. The town itself has several bars and shops and many restaurants offering various cuisine. As expected, being a coastal town, Calpe offers a variety of water sports. The town has many fiestas throughout the year, one of the main being the Moors and Christian celebration in October.
