A small chateau, on a working vineyard, although it doesn`t affect your stay or space. Three large bedrooms, with three bathrooms. Large kitchen, veranda and living room and a laundry room.
A very easy house, although large, to take care of. Big, bright and very airy, with fireplaces and heating if the weather turns.
Gym equipment, a large garden and huge amount of privacy.
There is a small above ground swimming pool (a temporary one whilst the larger one is being built)
The house comes with three cats and three sheep that require a small amount of care.
About the location
Close to Saumur, Angers and many other beautiful cities and towns of one of the most incredible regions in France.
Perfect for cycling and walking, autumnal activities like the wine harvest make the hills heave with activity, in the summer the valleys are filled with sunflowers and roses, the spring with rapeseed and wheat.
So many castles and historical sites to visit all around, amazing wine tasting and other activities.
