1930s end of terrace three bedroom home

Our 1930s house is a refurbished family home. Downstairs we have a comfortable sitting room with, TV, wood burner, piano and record player and sound system. There is a spacious kitchen and dining area. There is a large double oven with five burners, double sink, fridge and freezer, microwave and dishwasher. There is seating for five easily with an extendable table for guests. A large window seat overlooks the garden and the door opens towards the outdoor space. The well maintained and loved garden has outdoor seating and a small barbecue as well as kids den. Upstairs there is a bathroom room with a bath shower, sink and WC. There are two double bedrooms and a small single with a bunk for one. The house is tastefully furnished and well maintained. We have a non shedding dog who isn’t allowed upstairs or on the furniture.

About the location

Abbey Wood is a quiet suburban area in south east London in zone 4. It is a 15 min (max) walk to the station and Elizabeth line into London. It is 24 mins to Tottenham Court Road with 12 trains an hour. It’s also well located for city airport and a bus ride from the DLR in Woolwich. At the top of the hill is Bostall woods and part of the green chain walk around London. There are east rail and road links to Kent. Small local shops for supplies are within walking distance and larger supermarkets are easily accessible on bus, taxi or by car.
