Passiv haus in beautiful Cornish village
Our house is a semi detached retrofitted passiv haus which means we have NO HEATING but it is constantly warm or cool depending on the time of year. Small but well designed with beautiful views , a large garden and a kids trampoline and climbing frame.
About the location
A short walk from the famous Helford river , close to stunning beaches and lovely woods for walking . Our village is also one of the friendliest on earth with two good pubs, regular folk nights and gigs at the village arts centre- the Tolmen centre . We also have a farmers market and village shop .
Nearby is the lizard peninsula home to beautiful beaches and coastal walks and the town of Falmouth with a lot of independent shops, pubs and music venues . There is a maritime museum and various local art galleries
