Flat near the beach in the Poblenou area of Barcelona

This is a very comfortable, well lit, modern flat with a small terrace and a covered gallery. There are three rooms of which one is a double bedroom, a study and a dressing room. There are two bathrooms, each with a shower, a good sized kitchen and a spacious living room / dining area with a sofa bed.

We have Amazon Prime, Netflix, Movistar TV, Disney + and Amazon Alexa for music and lights. The flat also has air conditioning.

We are on the second floor, and the building has a lift.

The area is very attractive, with bars, restaurants and shops, and the flat is a five-minute walk from the beach and right next to a metro station. Plaza Catalonia and the Ramblas are a 10-15 minute metro ride away.

About the location

Barcelona is a fascinating, vibrant city with a host of interesting cultural reference points, such as the Gothic Cathedral, the Sagrada Familia and other Gaudí buildings. The neighbourhood where the flat is situated is lively, but just a little out of the hustle and bustle of the city centre. It is an area with all kinds of shops and amenities, as well as bars, restaurants and cafés of every type. There is also a Rambla - like the famous Ramblas in the city centre, though quieter, but also lined with shops and terraces where you can sit and eat, drink and contemplate the world going by.

The flat is a five-minute walk from the Rambla, a three-minute walk from the local indoor market, and about a five or ten-minute walk from the beach.
