Lovely family home in between Bristol and Bath

We are looking to swap during August 2023, UK or further abroad.

Our home is a typical Victorian terrace, built in 1901 in the gardens of the local Manor House, which is now a children’s nursery. Our house is set over three floors, although we use the top floor as an office. We have three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with a large single bed but with plenty of space for a floor bed. We have a small garden, with a BBQ and plenty of space for you to relax when the weather is nice. Our house has lots of lovely features such as stained glass and high 3m ceilings throughout. Downstairs there is a porch for your coat and shoes, a living room, dining room, breakfast room and kitchen. We live on quite a busy road, so be prepared to hear police sirens and motorbikes going past at times. This is a fun and lively area, there is a university nearby and there are lots of young families. We have lots of good friends who are neighbours who will be happy to help you out if needed. We can get a high chair and cot as well as baby toys if required.

About the location

There are lots of lovely cafes and restaurants within walking distance from the house but also further in Bristol and Bath. If you want to stay in, we have many large supermarkets nearby and a small shop opposite. There are also lots of good takeaway options, our favourite is Thai. The bus stop is a few doors down from our house. The local train station is 15mins away and you can be in London in 90mins.
