Three Peaks area holiday home

2004 build mid-terrace in small development with private road and off street parking for two cars in a very popular village. On the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park and Ingleborough can be walked from the property. King size bed with bijou en-suite shower and toilet, washbasin; double bedroom; house bathroom with shower over bath. Ample living space: two sofas, table and four chairs, snug with two armchairs and two stools; downstairs cloakroom; well fitted kitchen, slimline dishwasher (in under stairs cupboard!) ; small courtyard garden. Dogs allowed but not ideal. Not really suitable for children as garden too small and a couple of steps up. This is a holiday home so only the usual facilities you would expect. There are 2 hairdryers, iron and ironing board and a washing machine/ dryer. I always leave plenty of tablets for both washing machine and dishwasher.

About the location

Lots of places to eat and drink in the village - all walkable. Pubs, cafes, boutique bistros. Plenty of good restaurants further afield. Kirkby Lonsdale 10 minute drive north, Settle, 15 minutes south. Southern Lake District within 30 minute drive, including foodie hotspot Cartmel and range of beautiful walks and drives.
Yorkshire Dales all easily accessible by car - especially Hawes home of Wensleydale cheese. Drive past or walk up to the famous Ribblehead Viaduct, or actually take the train to Carlisle or Leeds. Lots of waterfalls, as well as caves and peaks to climb. Excellent golf course at Bentham and others at Kirkby Lonsdale and Casterton.
