This house built in 1850 is located in a classic New England town of Newburyport. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, charming living room with a fireplace. The living room gets plenty of light during the day which makes for a vey pleasing atmosphere. The dinning room has large table that will seat eight. The kitchen has plenty of storage room with cabinets as well as stove, dishwasher, microwave, washer, and dryer. The house is decorated with numerous antique furniture as well as numerous antique prints. (Most of them from England).

Upstairs is three bedrooms. One has a king size bed and the other has a queen.
There is also a very pleasant screened in pouch which is perfect for dinner or cocktails on a warm night.

The back yard is a lovely area plenty big enough for a croquet match surrounded by numerous flowering plants and shrubs.

About the location

Newburyport is a historic Massachusetts seaport town of 16,000. It is on the coast and a stunning 6 mile beach is four miles from our house which is open to the public. Many of the homes in town were built in the 18th and 19th century. There is a very pleasant park two blocks away.

The town center ( two miles) is quite very popular with over thirty restaurants and a wide variety of shops. It is quite charming even if you just want to stop for a cup of coffee
or tea.
The town is 25 miles north of Boston with train service two miles away.

North of Massachusetts is New Hampshire and Vermont noted for their hiking and lakes.
