Comfortable family home in small historic harbour town.
WE ARE NOT ABLE TO PLAN A HOLIDAY OUTSIDE OF UK IN SUMMER 2024, but would be interested in making contact for future years....
Our three bedroom house was built in 1930`s and we have recently improved it by adding an extension.
On ground floor there is an entrance hall and new shower room and toilet. The large sitting room has plenty of seating and a log burning stove for the colder months.
On the ground floor we also have a dining room and kitchen with access to the sheltered rear patio, and terraced vegetable garden. There is small utility room attached to the kitchen and there washing machine and drier are located there.
The stairs to the first floor take you up to the second bathroom, two double bedrooms and a new guest room that can be used a single or double bed.
In the colder months we also have gas fired central heating.
About the location
Falmouth is a popular holiday destination with its shops, many restaurants and cafes, and art galleries. In the other direction you can walk from the house to two lovely local beaches.
Our location in West Cornwall gives easy access to wonderful beaches and small picturesque towns like Penzance, St Ives, Mousehole, mostly within an hours drive.
