Family-friendly apartment in one of Gothenburg's best locations

The apartment has two bedrooms. One with a double bed and one with two separate beds. There is also space available to set up a temporary bed, either in the room with the two separate beds or in the living room.

The heart of the apartment is the open plan area with the living room and the kitchen. From here, there is a door leading out to one of the two balconies. The balcony which is reachable from the living room is on the back side of the building and offers a nice view of the surrounding nature. The balcony on the other side overlooks the street leading up to the building which is a dead-end street and mainly used for deliveries.

About the location

The apartment building is located at the end of a calm street which leads to the Delsjön nature reserve. The nature reserve starts with a large open field at the end of the street, ideal for playing football with the kids or having a picnic. The Delsjön lake is reachable by foot in 20-30 min and is a popular place to go swimming or canoeing.

There is a tram stop nearby which can be used to reach the city center of Gothenburg in around 10 min. The tram passes by Liseberg, Sweden's largest amusement park, which is really worth a visit!

The sea is reachable by car or buss and the trip takes around 30 min. There are also ferries organized by the city which can take you to the many island in the archipelago for a small fee.
