Raines Court is an award winning architectural building, located in Stoke Newington, Hackney. I have lived on the top floor (5th) here since 2010, and can never imagine leaving here. The flat is south facing, open plan and flooded with light throughout the year. I never get tired of seeing the city lights of London from the lounge area.
About the location
Stoke Newington, and indeed, much of Hackney, has a village feel to it. Hackney is one of the most desirable and vibrant areas of London, with fantastic parks, areas, restaurants and cafes, which far outstrip those in central London. There are great transport links to Central London.
