In the Historical Center of Florence

I remodeled my apartment last year. It has a living room, a studio/TV room with a 65 inch TV set, a guest room with a 140 cm wide bed, the master room with a 180 wide bed – walk-in closet with washer and dryer and en-suite bathroom with shower, a guest bathroom with shower, a dining room and kitchen. It’s a 2nd floor walk up and it’s approx 130 square meters. It has air conditioning and all the kitchen appliances needed. The main part of the building dates back to the 14th century and many additions were made after that.

About the location

The apartment is in the heart of San Niccolò which is a fun trendy neighborhood in the historical center of Florence. It’s within walking distance from all the major Museums and monuments the city has to offer. It’s full of small restaurants, coffee shops and bars. You can walk up to Piazzale Michelangelo, along the Arno, thru the Rose Gardens and allover as it is situated in a strategical area for sightseeing but also just to relax or work.
