We have access to 4 full size pools and well equipped gyms , and we are walking distance to kick boxing and spin classed lake, award winning restaurants and walking trails all by the vibrant Lake Baldwin. Baldwin park shares its borders the famous Historic Winter Park village another quaint oasis in the middle of the Florida tourist capital. we love that we are so near the tourist attractions, yet so far in term of the urban -serenity around us.

While it is an Oasis in the middle of Orlando, we're less than 20 minutes from all activity centers , the adventure parks and theaters and event centers and 55 minutes from the Cape Canaveral and 45 minutes from beautiful East cost beaches , 1.20 hour from West coast Clearwater and St Pete beaches.

So you can stay in Baldwin park and relax the whole time, work from home if you're a digital nomad, or if you're itching to join in the tourist fun - with or without kids, there's plenty to do and see locally for families with young children, and with drives from 15 mins to 1hr 15mins, so you'll easily get to most of the popular tourist spots - Orlando: DISNEY, Universal, and SeaWorld, legoland, Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom are 20 to 40 minutes drive away. Cape Canaveral Space Centre is about 45 mins duration as well as the popular East Coast surfing and bathing beaches of Ormond, New Smyrna. Tampa and Busch Gardens zoo and park, and paddle board canals and the Famous Florida springs are 45 minutes to 1.15 hrs away.
