1920's detached home near the Witterings

We have a detached house with a wrap-around garden - a large eat-in kitchen with farmhouse table, two sitting rooms, a relaxing sun room, two double bedrooms, a third bedroom with a trundle bed, a main bathroom and a downstairs toilet. There is a front driveway with room for two cars. We are a couple without children who live with our two non-shedding small dogs and welcome well-behaved furry friends to the house.

About the location

We are a 10 minute drive (20 minute cycle) to the beautiful West Wittering beach, and East Wittering / Bracklesham Bay beaches. Many water sports are available at the beaches, including paddelboarding, surfing, and kayaking. Chichester marina is a 20 minute walk from the house. There are several amazing walks from the house including to Itchenor (where you can kayak, take a ferry to Bosham, or stop in at the Ship Inn) and to Dell Quay (where you can enjoy stunning views from the Crown and Anchor pub terrace). Chichester is a 10 minute drive or bus ride from the end of our road - where you can enjoy the Festival Theatre's stellar productions, as well as the Cathedral and vintage shops. Goodwood House is a 20-minute drive, with the race course, motor circuit, and amazing walks around the grounds and the South Downs. Arundel is a 30-minute drive away and Brighton 1 hour. There are several vineyards in the area including Wiston and Tinwood Estate.
