I live in a ground floor flat 3 miles north of the city centre. It`s a 10 minute walk to the tram stop and there’s a bus stop outside. The post office and deli are very close.

The flat is in a development for older people , it’s comfortable and well equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine/ dryer, Wi-Fi, television.

There’s a double bed in the main bedroom and a single in the spare room.

About the location

Crumpsall is a very pleasant area, it’s very diverse and well connected.

It’s 3 tram stops from the centre of Manchester where there are numerous restaurants and shopping.
It also offers a great selection of entertainment for example music both contemporary and classical, the Bridgwater Hall and Halle St Peters are the home of the Halle orchestra. If you don’t mind a restricted view your ticket isn’t expensive.
The Stoller Hall and Northern College of music are also nearby.
The Royal Exchange, Lowry, Palace theatre , Arena and Opera House are in the city.
Manchester has lots of museums including the Science and Industry museum, the Peoples history museum, the northern branch of the Imperial War museum and the Pankhurst house.
Cheethams library tours will give you the opportunity to sit where Marx wrote the Communist Manifesto.
The newestRHS garden is a few miles away and there’s always the football!

It’s close to Heaton Park and you can be in the countryside very quickly.
There are lots of places to visit like Hebden Bridge or Clitheroe.

Contrary to the view of a certain footballers wife there are lots of good restaurants in Manchester or in areas such as Whitefield and Ramsbottom.
