Lovely Apartment in Berlin Prenzlauer Berg

Welcome to our second Home in Berlin Prenzlauer Berg!

It is one of the most interesting and vivid Parts of the city. The location is next to Kulturbrauerei, you can walk to Berlin Mitte and the majority of the famous Berlin sights, Bernauer Straße and the Berlin Wall are also in walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The next subway is in 3 minutes walking dictance.

Our flat is a lovely, cozy place with one bedroom, a central room accomodating an open plan kitchen, a small bathroom and a living room with a balcony. The bedroom offers space for two, the sofa in the living room offers a bed for two.

There is no elevator in the house (which is a building from 1906). Parking is possible on the street but may be a challenge.

As this is our second home, we are used to non simulataneous home swaps.
