Three story river view detached terrace house
My house is located in Sanluar de Guadiana, Spain ..but only just! A two minute ferry ride takes you to Alcoutim across the river border to Portugal.
My house is two story with roof terrace and bar plus BBQ with views of the river. It has two bedrooms, one ensuite, one bathroom and an office. Outside breakfast area at the rear. Kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooker oven, washing machine, microwave, fridge and outside freezer.Has internet I bought the house two years ago and have been working on it since, so everything is new.
Lovely neighbours and "yottys" on the river to add flavour. This place is suitable for senior citizens... like myself.
About the location
It is an exceptionally pretty area with lots of things to do, including a Zip wire from Spain across the river to Portugal if you are that way inclined! Nearest places of interest include Seville, Granada and Cordoba. Nearest beaches about 30 minutes, also the beautiful beaches of the Algarve, Portugal less than one hour drive

The weather is usually warm to hot. We have 4 bars with food and 2 shops. The nearest large town is Lepe which is 30 kms. Amenities are a little basic here so my car is available.
So... if you are looking for a quiet,relaxing, peaceful vacation ...this is reccomended!
