We have a paved outdoor patio area, suitable for entertaining and outdoor cook outs. The property is surrounded by a high wooden fence, and there is off-street parking for up to three vehicles, with access via an electric sliding gate.

Our home is located in a small suburb in a picturesque valley halfway between the coastal suburbs of Fish Hoek and Noordhoek. There are a number of world-renowned beaches and ocean activities within 5km of our home. Other than easy access to the sea we have highly regarded nature walks in the surrounding mountains of the Silvermine Nature Reserve. Our suburb is a safe and established area, with a number of top quality primary and high schools servicing the local community. We have immediate access to three shopping malls with South Africa's top supermarket chains and numerous other retailers and services from clothing shops to fast food takeouts, world-class medical and hospital facilities, and health and wellness services.
