The house has 2 double bedrooms and a nursery room with toddler bed. The master bedroom has a comfortable foam mattress double bed, dressing table and side tables, the other double bedroom also has a desk and wardrobes.

The upstairs family bathroom includes a toilet and a shower over the bath. Downstairs there is a separate toilet.

The lounge has a large L shaped sofa with plenty of space for play. There’s also plenty of toys to keep any children entertained! There’s also stairgates at the top and bottom of the stairs in case they are needed.

The kitchen has been modernised with new units and appliances. It’s also got a bean to cup coffee machine, microwave and blender. The dining area has space for up to 6 people.

We also have a very friendly black and white cat who would need feeding twice a day.

About the location

We’re situated in between Bath and Bristol with great transport links between both. Keynsham train station is a 10 minute walk from the house and goes direct to either Bath or Bristol. We also have direct buses as well as a completely segregated cycle path that runs between both cities.

We are 5 mins walk from a lovely park with children’s play areas, skate park, tennis courts, and duck pond. Locally we have a number of cafes and restaurants as well as everyday shops for general needs. There’s also a large Tesco 3 mins drive away.

In the area we also have Avon Valley railway where you can ride on an old steam train as well as Avon Valley Adventure park.
