Detached property in centre of village

Our home is a 4 bedroom detached property with 2 parking spaces. We are in the centre of yatton with a 2 minute walk to a supermarket, 2 convenience shops, 2 bakeries, 2 coffee shops, 2 hairdressers.

10 minutes away is a direct train to London, Bath and Bristol plus many other places.
The airport is only 15 minutes by car.

We are under the flight path but the planes do not bother us and we are not close enough for it to be a problem.

We have a beautiful front lawn and a nice size back garden.

You can enjoy dinner in the dining room, on the kitchen island or perhaps in the garden room.
Our master room has an en-suite, while the other rooms share the family bathroom.

We are a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children (6&8). We do have dogs but they are not allowed upstairs and would be with their dog sitter.

About the location

A lovely size village with local pubs, lots of facilities- bakeries, shops, hairdressers, excellent transport links.

Many stunning areas to enjoy walls such as Clevedon see front, Cadbury Hill, Goblin Combe.

Bristol is 25 minutes by car/10 on the train.
Bath is 1 hour by car and 45 minutes on the train.
London 2 hours on the train.
