Located between Brixton, Camberwell and Herne Hill, our house is in a quiet well maintained residential street, with trees, 2min walk from Ruskin Park (bandstand, paddling pool, pergola, football pitches etc). The house is spacious so despite being in London you don’t feel stuck in a small space and everyone can have a room to isolate. The large and bright kitchen opens on the garden and terrace, making it a great family room. The living room is bright, south facing, with two fire places and divided into an adult space and a kid space for playing.
The first floor has two bedrooms (a king size bedroom and a kids bedroom), a bathroom and a play room, the second floor has a bright large loft bedroom with ensuite and a study.
The garden is small but very well set up, green in any season, overflowing with tomatoes and cucumber in summer, making it a lovely place to have breakfast lunch or dinner when the sun is out.
It is a typical Victorian house therefore there are plenty of stairs and it is not adapted for low mobility.
The neighbourhood is friendly with support and trust from neighbours. There is a quiet local pub in the street, family friendly, recently renovated with good taste .

Ruskin park is 100m from our house at the end of the street. It has everything you want from a park: bandstand, playground, pergola, old trees, basketball and footballl we fields, tennis courts, wild area, paddling pool, vegetable patches, and plenty of grass.

We are 15min walk from Brixton and its famous multi cultural market. You will find there any type of food from around the world, as well as an independent cinema (The Ritzy), two concert venues (Electric Brixton and Brixton O2) and a department store. Great place to go out at any time of the day or night.

Access to Central London: 10min by train to the Thames (to Blackfriars station for Tate Modern, St Paul, South bank...), or to Victoria station (theaters etc), or 15min by tube to Oxford Circus (Picadilly, theater, Soho etc)

We are 25min walk from Brockwell park and Herne Hill, and 15min walk from Camberwell.
