Modern house in a gated golf resort in Southern Spain

Modern full equipped house, placed in a gated community/resort next to a 18 hole golf course. The resort is placed just outside the town Puerto Real and close to the ancient town Cadiz at the Atlantic coast.

It is a terraced house but has no shared walls to neighbors, and furthermore the area is very quiet as most owners at the resort use their house as their primary home.

The house has 2 plants. The ground floor has a full kitchen with all needed home appliances, pots and pans and plates and cutlery for 12. There is a kitchen table that seats 4. Attached the kitchen is a washing room with a washing machine and a propane water heater. The main living room is also placed at the ground floor with a large dinner table (seats 8) and a TV area with a sofa and 2 chairs. From the living room there is access to a closed terrace (removable glass panels) with a large sofa and a table that sits 6. Outside is a small terrace with a Weber propane BBQ and a little garden with a fig tree. There is also a bedroom with a separate bathroom at the ground floor as well as a toilet. A stairway in the living room leads to the first floor that contains 2 bedrooms that share a bathroom and a master bedroom with a separate bathroom. All bedrooms in the house has beds for 2. All bedrooms at the first floor have a terrace. All bedrooms have blinds.

The house got central air conditioning and there is a fireplace in the living room.

Inside the resort close to the house are 2 private parking lots.

The resort has a swimming pool, a small children pool and a padel course.

About the location

The house is situated in the fantastic Cadiz province (Andalucía) in Southern Spain. A lot of beautiful ancient towns and villages (like Cadiz, Jerez, Sanlucar, Vejer and Conil) are within easy reach with a car. The splendid Seville is just an hour drive away. The climate is mild all year round and with almost daily sun guarantee from April to October. Some of the best beaches in Spain are situated 10-30 minutes drive away.

The resort is located next to hole 10 on a 18 hole golf course. There are other resorts around the golf course and also a lot of detached houses. The golf course is situated next to a small village with shopping possibility and some restaurants and a pharmacy. The area is rural with paths for biking, running and walking, and the nearest larger town with all kind of shopping is Puerto Real that is a couple of miles away.
