Our home is a typical 1950's Swedish villa with a large garden and decking at the back for dining and fika. Large kitchen/dining area and 3 bedrooms up stairs. There is a bathroom upstairs (with bath) and downstairs (shower) - both recently fully renovated.

Our home is situated in Floda, Lerum a village 25 minute train journey away from Gothenberg City Centre. Floda is a fmaily friendly village surrounded by nature with a lake just a short walk away for bathing and canoeing. There are many nice places to eat and drink just a short walk away and an excellent play ground for children of all ages.
