For families, there is a new playground and soothing River Walk nature reserve within moments of this flat, as well as all the museums and parks that London is famous for further afield.

We are positioned just off Upper Street which is full of great restaurants, cafes, boutique stores and theatres (eg. Almeida, Sadlers Wells, Little Angel puppet theatre are some within very close walking distance).

Great transport links but really well suited to those who like being able to wander to and from the streets of central London (we live in a low traffic neighbourhood so our immediate surrounding area is very safe and quiet).

The home can be configured as a 2 x double bedroom with a playroom or a 3 x double bedroom on request.

NB. We don`t have a lift so it would be good if you don`t mind some stairs.

Amazing location in-between the classy restaurants and bars of Upper Street, and the vibrant establishments of Essex road, within a reasonable walking distance to Kings Cross, as well as being within a shorter walking distance of Angel (zone 1 Northern Line), Highbury & Islington (overground and Victoria line zone 2) and Essex Road Stations (national rail zone 2 where you can go 2 stops and change onto the new Elizabeth Line at Moorgate/Liverpool St).
