The retreat

Our home is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom detached house in a quiet location but within 5 minutes walking distance of amenities including a supermarket, pharmacy and lovely little coffee shop. Having moved in less than a year ago, we have redecorated all the bedrooms and are now starting on the living areas which will be completed over the next 6 months. The property is very private with a huge back garden and space for 2-3 cars on the driveway.

About the location

We are a 10 minute drive from Cobham, known for its ‘London vibe’ with a full choice of sit down restaurants of all cuisines. There are 4 trains hourly to London from the local station ( a 5 minute drive)- the journey takes 45 minutes. We are 20 minutes from the nearest large city, Guildford. The Surrey Hills area of outstanding natural beauty is 15 minutes drive away away and offers a variety of walks showing off the stunning vistas of the area.
