We live in a lovely modern 4-bed house in central East Dulwich, London. There are four bedrooms ;two doubles and two children's rooms with single beds. Downstairs there is a fully-equipped open plan kitchen, dining and living area. There is a large family bathroom and two bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms also.

Outside there is a small back garden with seating, a trampoline and a bbq. On the roof of the house we have a roof terrace with views across south London.

The property is in a secure courtyard with private parking facilities. Appliances include TVs, microwave, 2 ovens, dishwasher and washer/dryer.

East Dulwich is a pretty family-friendly area of London. There are two parks within very close walking distance. We are a 10 minute walk to East Dulwich train station with fast, regular services to London Bridge in 13 minutes. We are also close to London Overground and Thameslink services from Peckham Rye.

East Dulwich has fantastic shops and restaurants on Lordship Lane and North Cross Road, with a weekly market on Saturday mornings. Peckham, a short walk away, has a vibrant night scene with fantastic bars and restaurants. There are many family-friendly establishments for eating a short walk away.
