About the location
We guarantee you will fall in love with Malabar. Such a neat, self-contained pocket of otherwise busy Sydney, yet only a 25 minute bus ride into the Sydney CBD. The beach and local cafes are a minutes` walk. Nearest major shopping area is Maroubra - 25 mins walk or 5 mins by bus.
There is a coastal walk from Malabar which will eventually take you all the way to Bondi heading north, or historic La Perouse and Botany Bay heading south. We are surrounded by national park and multiple golf courses with public walk tracks. Not too much more to say, discover and enjoy!
