This is a safe and friendly neighbourhood with lovely coffee shops and eateries.

The Riverboat is available throughout summer at Regent`s Park and Zoo & Camden Market. There is also a designated cycle path along the canal to Camden beyond.

The flat itself has wonderful high ceilings and huge windows that let in a lot of light in a Large pretty communal garden maintained by contractors.

I have a smart TV and excellent wifi, with an open plan kitchen/living room. The kitchen has our place pots and pans, which are really great to use, a microwave, air fryer, and coffee machine as well as a filtered water holder.

About the location

his is a beautiful flat in a fantastic area. Very easy to get into Oxford Street which is around a 20-minute walk or 10-minute tube ride. The area is very open with beautiful conservation around the houses and lots of celebs live around and opposite me if you are into that sort of thing.

Paddington Park is a 10-minute walk away and Regents Park/Hyde Park is around a 10-minute drive or 20 minutes walk away.
