Pleasant, light and airy 3 bedroom home built in the 1930s. The double bedroom has a shower room and toilet. There are two good sized bedrooms with single beds with the space to sleep a second person if needed. Family bathroom (no shower). Large kitchen/dining space and two living rooms, one with tv and one with wood burning stove.
About the location
Truro is a small city in mid-Cornwall and our house is located on the outskirts, a 20 minute walk into the centre and a 25 minute drive to the nearest beaches on the north and south coast. Truro is the county town with a cathedral, theatre (Hall for Cornwall), restaurants and shops. It's just over an hour's drive to Lands End, half an hour to Falmouth and the Helford River (north) and an hour to Tintagel.
