3 bed house on woodland trail, in central Totnes

Our place is a large three bedroom family house, with two bathrooms (one ensuite), large outdoor deck and garden with large trampoline. Master bed, bunkbeds in the second room (these are full size singles, and comfortably hold two adults) and optional third single bed can be put out in a room we use as a playroom. Amazing location in central Totnes, at the start of the famous Sharpham trail. Pine forest, incredible views and a five/ten minute stroll to town.

We're close to the river for cold water swimming, paddle boarding, and canoeing, and half hour drive from some of south Devon's best beaches. We have our own parking spot.

We have five chickens who have their feeder and waterer topped up once a week, and you're welcome to the fresh eggs. Or our neighbour can feed them if preferred. They have a huge penned in area behind the house but they also free range if you open the gate, and will put themselves back at night time.

We're open to offers and can travel in or out of school term time.

Totnes is a quirky little town in Devon, half hour from some of the best beaches, and known for its liberal mindset and historic town centre.
