House in Zagreb, Croatia
Our home is a comfortable terraced house full of light, with a small garden. On the 1st floor, we have a big kitchen with a living room, and on the second floor three bedrooms and a big bathroom, also a separate toilet is on the 1st floor.
The house is situated near the city`s largest forest park Maksimir for a walk/run and is only 10 min drive from Zagreb`s main square where most of the events and attractions are located, with many restaurants, bars, small boutiques and souvenir shops.
Private parking in front of the house. Pet friendly, we have a dog and a cat.
We are open for non-simultaneous swaps, our house is usually free through the summer.
About the location
When in Zagreb you can ride the shortest funicular in the world and explore the upper town on foot, cycle Jarun Lake, hike to the Sljeme Mount, visit Zagreb Cathedral & Zagreb cemetery, visit Advent in Zagreb - The best Christmas Market in Europe from the beginning of December to the beginning of January, take a day trip to Plitvice Lakes or Opatija and Krk Island, visit Croatian coastline with it`s most popular town Dubrovnik, visit Slovenia - Ljubljana, Lake Bled and Postojna Cave, experience Trakoscan Castle and the baroque town of Varazdin, visit Samobor etc. Croatia enjoys the privilege of having one of the greatest gastronomies in the world, and there are many food and wine tours through the Istria and Slavonia region.
