Our Edwardian house has a large kitchen/dining room, living room, shower room and utility room downstairs and four bedrooms (one large double, two large singles and one small double) and a bathroom upstairs. The house has lots of original features including stained glass windows and fireplaces. We have a small garden at the back of the house.

About the location

We live on a quiet street in Herne Hill, a lovely part of South London between Brixton and Dulwich, and our house is just 5 minutes from the beautiful Brockwell Park. Herne Hill has good local shops and plenty of cafes, restaurants and pubs. Brockwell Park has lots of facilities including the lido (outdoor swimming pool), tennis courts, BMX track, and children's playground.
There are very good transport links to central London (e.g. 15 mins by train to Blackfriars, 20 mins to King's Cross, 10 mins bus ride to Brixton for the Victoria line with fast connections to all of central London).
Our house is therefore the perfect base to explore London and south-east England but also has the benefits of a lovely local area with a large, beautiful park on our doorstep.
