Tranqil Apartment in Leipzig near Forest and Lakes

Look at the sky in this bright apartment. Especially in Winter birds can be observed and in Summer the Balcony invites you to relax.

The Apartement itself has everything one need like a comfortable couch that can be turned into an extra bed, expandable table, dish washer, washing maschine, lots of kitchen utilities.

Since I am living here fulltime the apartement has a very personal style with mid-century furniture, lots of plants and art. In my opinion that makes it very comfy and cozy.

At the moment me and my dog run this place which means we have lots of dog-bed-places like an armchair and a dog cave under the bed. Pets are welcome both in this aparement as well as in the neighbourhood.

Unfortunately I am not able to suffice any equipment for children, but let me know what you need and I`ll ask around in the house or friends. :)

About the location

Nearby one find a nice park for kids to play in. The neighbourhood is know for its concerts, alternative venues and nice little shops. Just 5 Minutes walking and you are in the city forest known as "Auwald" and from there you will have a huge area to discover. By Bike one can be at two different lakes within 15 Minutes. To the city center it also takes 15 minutes by bike or by tram.
