Penthouse with Eiffel Tower view

Our flat has the breath-taking view of the Eiffel Tower, from every room (even the kitchen) and from the south facing terrace. It is on the top floor of a renovated 19th century former convent, away from traffic noise, despite being in central Paris. There is a king size bed, a modern well-appointed kitchen and large bathroom. The 2nd room can be used as a study/office. Stylish, uncluttered and comfortable, with plenty of space for a couple.

Though you're unlikely to need a car because the flat is so central, there is a parking spot in the building. We are also open for exchanges with our mountain home near Chamonix-Mt Blanc, which can accommodate up to 7 people.

About the location

Upmarket, lively and central, with excellent food shops (including street markets) and restaurants from affordable neighbourhood bistros to Michelin stars. Trocadero, the Eiffel Tower and the river Seine are a short walk away (5-10 minutes), as are several major museums (Marmottant-Monet, Fashion Museum, Modern Art Museum, Grand Palais…). The Champs Elysees are a 15 minutes’ walk. Closest metro stops are Trocadero and Victor Hugo, with 3 lines to get across Paris, and RER stations étoile and Henri Martin providing easy access to main railway stations, Versailles and Giverny.
