The villa is really spacious & open plan - allowing plenty of room for a larger group to enjoy.
There are 2 x double bed bedrooms & two x further bedrooms with twin beds available.
Master bedroom is ensuite, The other bedroom with double bed is located on the ground floor & there is also a bathroom on this floor too ( for any mobility issues ) The doors open out onto the garden.
The twin bed bedrooms both have their own private balconies for sunbathing or enjoying some quiet too.
There is a really good size swimming pool 12metres ( not heated ).
There is also a great BBQ outside . There are plenty of local markets with wonderful fresh produce.

About the location

Beautiful secluded location within a walled garden with 12 metre swimming pool. It has the best of all worlds - enough in the country side to enjoy total tranquility & shepherd with goats & sheep grazing outside . Yes within 7 mins of local town with every convenience - super market, restaurant, bars etc.
You can walk to the beach ( approximately 20 mins down sand track. Cute little fishing village close by Olhos D`Agua with fantastic fish restaurants.. Horse riding centre is only two minute walk away. You can be as sporty or lazy as you feel like.
Vilamoura with it`s famous marina is approximately 20 min drive away - designer shops, golf courses etc & lots of restaurants & bars.
