Fabulous location; short walk to Big Ben, Westminster Abbey and Buckingham Palace

Our flat is situated on the third floor of a seven storey building (with lift) which was built in 2010. The flat is bright and airy and we have a balcony and table and chairs for warm weather but St James Park is also close at hand.

The open plan living/dining room is equipped with HD/3D TV and home cinema. We subscribe to Sky and have a large collection of books if you wish to relax after a day of sightseeing. Wifi is available throughout the flat.

The kitchen is well equipped and a washing machine/dryer is available in the small utility room.

There is a large double bedroom and a single bed in the box room. The single is occasionally used by our guests but there is no window and it really isn’t suitable for more than a few nights.

We live in Westminster, about half a mile (0.8km) from Buckingham Palace and even closer to Westminster Abbey and the Houses of Parliament. Our home is very centrally located and there are supermarkets, a cinema, restaurants and specialist shops on the doorstep. A host of theatres, museums and galleries are within 15-20 minutes’ walk. The nearest tube station is St James Park which is about two minutes’ walk away and there is a bus stop nearby. Mainline railway stations are within easy reach and Gatwick and Heathrow are about an hour away.
