High-Desert Home, 2 Acres, Nature Trails from Door

Three Bedrooms: Two bedrooms have queen-sized beds, and the "children`s room" has a double bed. One of the queen-sized mattresses is memory foam, one is pillow-top, and the other is a double bed with firm mattress. There is also a mini mattress available for a toddler, and a sofa bed which would suit a younger person. The bedrooms each have private entrances.

The house comes with two sweet cats. If you want to take trips away, just us know and we`ll arrange for cat sitters during those times. A cat helper will clean the litter boxes for you, which are in the garage, unless you prefer otherwise.

Bathrooms each have bath, shower, toilet, and sink.

Sheets, towels, soap, shampoo & conditioner provided.

Kitchen has gas stove/oven, toaster over, electric kettle, fridge/freezer, french press coffee-maker, Cuisinart food processor, and popcorn popper.

Most of the house has open-beam ceilings called vigas, ceiling fans, and all rooms except bathrooms have bookshelves, so you can curl up with a good book whenever you want.

About the location

Four different mountain ranges surround our 1800 sq ft home, with nature walks right from the door, yet minutes from shops, and 20 min from downtown. Eldorado is a unique and beautiful country suburb of Santa Fe, where everyone has at least an acre for the sake of water conservation.
