Our home is a 4 bedroom detached house with garden. We have a cosy lounge with log fire and open plan kitchen/diner which opens onto a balcony overlooking the garden. From here we have views of the local area towards Cardiff Bay. We make two bedrooms available during the house exchange (one double, one king) and there is one bathroom and one shower room.
Free on street parking is available and the train station is a 7 min walk away.
About the location
We are located 20 mins walk (5 mins drive) from Penarth town centre with its range of shops, cafes and restaurants. A few minutes further is the seafront with pier and cafes. In the opposite direction, you can soon be engaging in watersports on Cardiff Bay, eating in the restaurants at Mermaid Quay or enjoying the delights of Cardiff City Centre (10 mins by train). Or take a trip to Barry Island, the home of Gavin and Stacey!
