Quiet Luxury near River and Quaint Town

This is a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom (4,300sf) home in the historic Willamette neighborhood of West Linn, in the Portland, Oregon metropolitan area.
There are two stories, living areas upstairs and downstairs. We have two bedrooms on the lower level {actually three, as one is being used as an office) and a master bedroom with jetted tub on the upper. The downstairs features a billiards table, ping pong table, and we have lots of recreational equipment -2 kayaks, river flotation, bicycles, and snowshoes.

The house is walking distance to the lovely downtown Willamette which features restaurants, shops, and a friendly, casual atmosphere. Also in short walking distance are parks on our two neighborhood rivers, the Willamette and the Tualatin.

About the location

We are a 20 minute drive to downtown Portland, which is renowned for its dining and entertainment scene. The area gives you access to the Pacific coast to the West and the Cascade mountains to the East. The Columbia River Gorge, the border between Oregon and Washington which stretches to the East from Portland, is renowned for its waterfalls and overall beauty.
In Oregon you can sight-see the beautiful coast, volcanic mountains, crystal-clear lakes and deserts that stretch as far as the eye can see. If you’re looking for world-class pinots, some of the best food and craft beer in the country, epic cycling, kayaking, windsurfing or just about anything else-ing, look no further.
