Georgian townhouse - central Bath

Situated 5 mins walk from the World Heritage city of Bath our home is a relaxed, comfortable base for your holiday in southwest England.

Based over 4 floors, the main living area is on the first floor with views of Bath abbey and beyond. It comprises 3 bedrooms, a recently revamped kitchen, large spacious lounge and bathroom.

The garden has 3 separate seating areas to catch the sun throughout the day, and it backs on to the Kennet & Avon canal.

Other rooms in the house include 2 cloak rooms, an office and a games den.

We have a crazy spaniel who roams the ground and first floors, and one cat who lives either in the garden or in the office on the third floor.
Anyone staying in our house would need to not be allergic to either cats or dogs. Also being Georgian this house seems to generate dust by the minute, no matter how much we clean, so probably would not be suitable for anyone with a severe dust allergy.
We would be taking our dog with us on holiday but we would hope anyone staying in our house would be happy to feed the cat. He’s very sweet and keeps to himself if you`re not a cat person!

We are only available to exchange during school holidays.

About the location

Our house is a few minutes walk to local amenities - a Co-op, 3 great pubs, Indian restaurants and coffee shops.

Bath is a beautiful city steeped in history. There are plenty of museums and historic attractions to keep you entertained. Plus we are very central so can easily reach the shopping areas to get your fix of retail therapy.

If you prefer to be more active, there are many walking trails available right from our doorstep, including the National Trust Skyline Walk as well as the Kennet and Avon canal.
