Situated on a cul-de-sac in a quiet residential area, our bungalow offers lounge, kitchen and conservatory, plus a double bedroom, single bedroom and shower room. It has gas central heating, double glazed windows and a fan and blinds in the conservatory.

There is an enclosed rear garden with shrubs and fruit trees and a patio area with seating.

About the location

Louth is a lovely market town in the heart of the North Lincolnshire Wolds, with easy access to the historic cities of York and Lincoln.

Louth has many specialist artisan shops selling cheeses, local fruit and vegetables and has a monthly farmers market and a monthly artisan food market. There are numerous cafes and bars together with high end restaurants.

The town is surrounded by rolling hills with numerous hiking trails and nature reserves. The coast is a 10 minute drive from our home.
