Beautiful chalet style home in large wild nature garden 1 mile from village, Milverton

Our home is full of character and light. It features one very large Open Plan room containing kitchen and living room. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom plus a utility room and a garden room with views of the surrounding trees and landscape. There is plenty of off street parking, footpath leading from our house across surrounding farmland. We have a garden office, a huge greenhouse and plenty of sheds! We have solar panels, an electric car and an electric robot lawnmower who works hard keeping the lawn good while leaving the wild parts of the garden for wildlife. We are almost off grid as we have our own water too, which is delicious.

About the location

Our house is situated between two villages one of which has a pub with a good reputation and a very good shop. The other has a community shop and post office plus golf course we are near to a golf course. We are half an hour from Somerset north coast, Exmoor, the Quantock Hills, and an hour from the south coast and Lyme Regis et cetera. Exeter is 30 miles away and Bristol 50 miles away And we are 20 minutes from Junction 26 of the M5
